Finland

Finland, is a nordic country in the northern Europe. It has borders with Sweden to the west, Russia to the east and Norway to the north. Estonia is also quite near, to its south across the Gulf of Finland.

The capital of Finland is Helsinki.

There are 5.3 million people living in Finland, and mostly in the southern part of the country.

The native language for most of the population is Finnish, and the second language is Swedish, but it is spoken by a 5.5 percent minority.

Finland is a democratic, parliamentary republic.
